Nike Training Club allows you to pick your desired workout location (home, outside, or the gym) so it’s easier to accomplish your fitness goals. It also selects exercises based on your fitness level. If you’re a beginner, you can rest assured the app isn’t going to start you off with any crazy-advanced exercises. Plus, new workouts are always being added to help when you reach plateaus.
The most important (and greatest) feature that Nike Training Club offers is that all workouts are voice-led and include live videos. The video recordings show people doing that particular exercise so you can get your form right. A majority of the workouts are created by professionals, from fitness coaches to athletes and celebrities.
Another great feature is that you can track your progress, which helps keep you accountable. You can even set desired goals and the app will select specific workouts based on your goal and the equipment you have on hand. Plus, let’s talk about how Nike Training Club is 100 percent free (not like other “free” apps, where you get basic workouts and then you have to join and pay a monthly fee—this is free with no catch)!
Overall, Nike Training Club is awesome. I would recommend it to anyone, even my grandma! I’m not even kidding. It’s very user-friendly and designed so that you can find workouts that best suit your needs—no matter what your fitness level.
