What’s the number one thing on your bucket list?

Going surfing in Hawaii. Ever since watching the first Lilo & Stitch movie in grade two, I’ve wanted to visit Hawaii and go to the amazing beaches and visit all the little shops. The one scene that stands out to me is the incredible surfing montage, and ever since then I’ve wanted to go surfing in Hawaii.

What’s your dream job?

I’m passionate about advancements in healthcare and medicine and seeing young entrepreneurs contribute to those fields. My dream job would be to write about current health trends and other interesting innovations going on in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). I believe there are so many amazing things going on right now with technological advances, and I would love to educate others on this.

How do you chill out when you’re stressed?

When I’m stressed out, I like to relax with a good book and glass of iced tea. I just finished American Gods by Neil Gaiman, and I definitely recommend it to everyone. Also, I like to watch some TV when I need to chill—my guilty pleasure is MTV’s The Challenge.

What’s your favourite holiday?

Christmas. I just love all the decorations, beautiful winter scenes, and, of course, re-watching Christmas movie classics with my family. Christmas is the time of the year I’m always waiting for. I just love going present shopping for all my friends and family.

What was the name of your first pet?

Ricky. He was a Samoyed. He was actually my dad’s first dog; my dad got him when he was only 16, and Ricky ended up living until he was 16! He was a very quiet dog and never made any trouble. We all considered him family.
